My stewardship includes the astute management of human resources, aligning the Institute's operations with both national and international legal standards. I actively foster an environment of excellence and collaboration, essential for the Institute to meet and exceed its operational goals. Central to my role is shaping policy, driving forward innovative strategies, and establishing the Institute as a beacon of integrity and diligence in the field of war crimes research and documentation. This role, reflective of the Prime Minister’s confidence in my capabilities, demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a comprehensive understanding of the documentation, research and ethical considerations inherent in this sensitive and critical area of work.

Support the advancement of programs/sectors of institutions/organizations working on social inclusion, good governance, education, innovation, research, and development. Conduct external reviews for articles submitted for publication at Nationalities Papers, an academic journal published by Cambridge University Press. Design concept notes, project proposals, and institutional strategies for qualitative management and resource mobilization activities. Arrange meetings and interviews to identify strong personnel for potential staffing of programs/projects developed through personal and professional networks and contacts.
