Why a Human Resource Catalyst? I am, as defined, "an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action." I have great passions for progressive ideas, technology, and the ever-evolving development in state and federal employment laws, employee relations, HR information systems, recruitment and workforce strategies. These should only change with us, and we should not be playing catch-up with them. My knowledge and experience in Human Resources has led me to achieve my certifications through HRCI and SHRM, understanding of multi-state employment laws, employee relations, and personnel resolution techniques.
