- Recruit and manage a team of 200 sales reps across five countries: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Iraq.- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.- Develop and implement the sales department process with the team, and automate it using CRM systems.- Create, design, and administer KPI reporting that measures a team's performance.- Provide junior team members with leadership, direction, and functional guidance.- Establishing a sales training manual to train new employees.- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

- Maintain and expand an electronic database of customers and prospects.- Plan and execute direct marketing operations according to predetermined budgets, sales volumes, values, product mixes, and timelines.- Develop concepts, goods, and direct mail and marketing offer for key accounts.- Maintain and grow existing and new clientele through targeted individual account assistance and collaboration with internal order-processing personnel.- Maintain and report on the suitability of equipment and software for direct marketing and sales reporting.- Participate in training and acquire essential information and skills.Develop the talents of both new and seasoned sales workers through training.
