To obtain materials, supplies and contracts at the best price reasonably available through open and fair competition in conformance with applicable laws and regulations.Provides liaison between vendors, contractors and company officials.Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service.Involved in all process of Local & Imported Purchases, responsible to plan and ensure timely flow raw material and accessories with keeping in view all chemical restrictions like (Azo Dyes and Pigment, Disperse Dyes, P.V.C, Phthalates, Chromium, other environmental concerns, etc...)Review supplier’s quotes and making comparative statements for commercial evaluations, forwarding comparative statements to the Director for his approval.Maintain the right flow of E.R.P system and give suggestion for implementation of new functionalities in favor of smooth working.Procurement of all sorts of imported required raw materials on worldwide competitive prices. Searching new cheaper & potential suppliers. Selecting the most competitive offer in terms of price, delivery time and quality etc. among the quotes received.
