MAJOR ON-GOING PROJECTS- Mangla Hydro Power Project 6x148 MW (Dismantling, Refurbishment & Erection)- TEL & ThalNova Housing Colony at Thar Block II, Hubco (EPC)RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare project schedule by taking inputs from the project award documents, project team and clients expectations as first contractual deliverables- Review and make amendments as required in the project schedule prepared by Operations during the life of the project.- Provide support to Proposal in preparing, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) and project schedule- Revisit the project schedule in case of any significant change requested by the client or deemed necessary due to own reasons and then do the costing- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders- Ensure quarterly / 4 weeks rolling look ahead schedule are made by Operations teams at the projects- Carry out budget analysis of all projects individually and identify the reasons of any variations- Analyze the cost of major cost elements with respect to the budget / bid at all stages and raise flags with the Project Director- Ensure Operations make timely invoicing to the client as per agreed invoice submission calendar - Make recommendations for cost effective solutions to address project requirements- Issue serious deviation warnings hindering project in case some identified risk mitigation process is not being followed.- Oversee schedules and risk management plans both quantitatively and qualitatively- Review and evaluate the project monitoring report on regular basis for all ongoing projects- Raise flag keeping in view Document Control Register (DCR) & Procurement Log sheet (PLS), whenever necessary- Make recommendations for improving on the gaps and areas of concern to the relevant team leads- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a constructive attitude.
