Key deliverables:• Commercial closure of Consulting Internal requirement related to Audits & Certifications• Supplier relationship management including onboarding of suppliers in HCL system, modifications & periodic discussions• Leading a team responsible for contract issuance of Contingent Labor Resources• Perform complex analysis such as Procure to Pay Cycle time, Invoices paid on time, Open contracts risk assessment, Spend analytics etc• Managing end-to-end transition process including team alignment, process sign-offs & Information transfer• Periodic quality assessments to identify & eliminate process level gaps• Preparation of governance decks presented to CXOs including information related to KPIs & developments
