The Roles & responsibilities for this position are as follows: To cover and explain the need for Real Estate products to customers and sell the appropriate product and amount of 'Investment' and 'savings' plans to them. Acquire customers through leads provided and generate business (leads are generated through the organization itself) Conduct sales calls for Product Details sessions with clients and deliver complete information to customers, by taking to the project(Sites) Manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency

Profile: Filling and arranging sales documents in a systematic way for easy file archive Reviving of request for quotations and coordinating with estimation department  Making quotations to the customers and send through mail and fax Making invoices and collect the invoices from sales man and sending invoices to head office at the month end Sending quotations through fax and mail Supporting all paper works for the entire Sales & Office division Screening of calls/Mail/Fax/E-Mail Attend Customer telephone inquiry in fluency language Handling in-bound & out-bound correspondence / courier
