Warehouse management • Accountability for warehouse i.e. planning, directing and controlling the storage and distribution of spare parts.• Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving and storing spare parts.• Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods to issue work assignments.• Document standard and emergency operating producers for receiving, handling storing, shipping spare parts.• Examine products to estimate quantities of required for storage.• Plan, develop and implement warehouse safety and security.• Conduct periodical & annual stocktaking activity in ware house • Handling the sale counter.• Preparing estimate for periodic maintenance of vehicles and also accidents vehicles.• Identifying the correct parts from EPC (Electronic parts catalogue and also from MPC (Manual parts Catalogue for the customer and internal workshop.• Preparing Goods Receipt Note (computerized)
