Approached directly by the MD - I was asked to join an office with an outdated and unreliable paper filing system – this included Admin, Auditing, Governance, Compliance, Coordination, Accounts & HR departments. The task was to clean up all history records bringing online with a new paperless office environment. My task included creating backup and a DR solution for all existing data, self-education on selected solution, planning the execution, presenting to Directors for approval, Implementation of Online solution, providing Knowledge Transfer to both users and Admins and finally enforcing the support solutions. Parallel to this was to clean up all historical records from all the departments and transferring all data into paperless form.This led to my next phase of ensuring Cyber Security, ISO9001& GDPR was to be attained. I managed to attain all these accreditations for them taking them to the next level and increasing there company 3 times by attaining more clients from the boroughs and now they are opening their 2nd branch in Hackney to be able to cope with the influx of business and care to provide to the communities, and people in need.
