• Preparing all the Works Order against the Purchase Orders.• Checking the Part Drawings, Assembly Drawings & Dimensional Drawings.• Issuing drawings for manufacturing process & keeping a track on Raw materials available in inventory.• assigning pririties of jobs According to the delivery date and customer requirments in production line for all machines till assembly.• Keeping a track on the various components and processes taking place in the shop floor as well as at the vendors location.• Evaluation of monthly advanced planning list and executing the production process accordingly.• Assigning the various Heat Treatment processes to be done to different components on the basis of the Steel grade used for manufacturing and as per customer requirement.•Coming up with the best output at times when there is limited resources and manpower.•calculating the cycle time for job and reducing it to enhance and increase productivity.• Maintaining the daily process sheet indicating the current process status of each and every component manually and in ERP.• Communicating and Coordinating with Clients.• Doing the selection of the standard products against the enquiries from the customers & also designing the non-standard Helical gear boxes in accordance with the customer requirements and cooling units.• Doing the selection of accessories for gear box ,selection of Bevel Pairs, heat exchangers.
