I give administration support for the school principal and give my support for the staff as well. I guide the staff members to achieve school vision and mission. I responsible for a lot of working files such as, out reach plan, school activities, extra circular activities and school events. I am the trainer for active learning strategies and professional development courses. Side by side with my work as a head of Arabia department.

My key position as a Head of Arabic Department (May 2010 – current) is to lead, direct and manage a very important and big department at SCLS to achieve their vision and mission. I am very keen to be a role model for my team, provide them with my ideas and experience. My criteria – based classroom observation is an important feedback for each member to push their attitude, practice and action plans in a very positive track and add a lot to their CVs. By the end of the academic year, each member of the department should be undertaken to scaled Performance Review done by me.  I also add a lot in the area of Global Education through my active participation with Anna Lindh Foundation. My active participation in Young Arab Voices program as a trainer and coordinator for the project helps SCLS to be a hub in this big project for the debate skills. My active role in Religious Diversity program, School Theater workshops and conferences are another indicator of my professional track.

It was a good step in my career as I work in a different environment and new experience. I add to the school and it gave me a lot to grow up. I teach all grades from 7 to 17. I develop drama activity and debate as well.
