Tested the effect of several pharmacological drugs on cancer and autoimmunity.. Generated conditional knock out mouse model using LoxP-cre. This model helped to understand the role of CD70 in the development, maintenance and function of memory T lymphocytes. It also helped to uncover the role of CD70 in the innate and adaptive immunity during viral infection.. Studied the durability of the adaptive memory CD8+ T cells to infections and application to vaccine. Identified a novel signaling pathway that is crucial for the survival and propagation of B cell lymphomas.
