17 years of experience in analysis, design and supervision of HVAC, Plumbing , Medical Gas and Fire Fighting systems, detailed design, preparation of tender documents (BOD, calculations, DWG’s & specs), review of drawings and specifications, quantity survey (BOQ), design review & evaluation, supervision over equipment installation, material submittals, evaluation of contractors bids related to Mechanical systems for various projects including Hospitals, Hotels, Universities, Residential Buildings, Restaurants and Shops. Currently working with this multinational company, I am currently involved with some of the prestigious projects of Kingdom from concept through to completion. Working within a team of architects, mechanical & electrical engineers. Key responsibilities not limited to but include:- Prepare & review basis of design report. - Provide complete preliminary mechanical proposal & requirements. - Working and evaluating design calculation reports. - Prepare mechanical equipment schedules. - Supervise mechanical team (engineers & CAD operators) to finalize Calculations, Drawings, Reports, Specifications and BOQ. - Prepare detail designs after collaboration with international design firms such as: HDR, HKS.
