In the process of building and setting up the factory of edible oils in the group of Royal company.

The biggest factory in the middle east was set up and the project was followed till it reached the capacity of 3200 Ton / day of crude soft oil.

Follow-up operations and the establishment of the units( splitting and distillation of acid oil) with capacity per day 160 ton Installation of equipment : 1 – Splitting units ( high pressure boiler- Splitting tower –pumps of the unit – connection of the pipes – Soft water units – feeding and production tanks ) 2 – Distillation units ( High pressure boiler – Generating nitrogen unit – cooling tower units – Distillation plant – Vacuum system – Feeding and production tanks) Making the experiments of these previous units .

decrease the time taken to change over,the losses of the production ,the losses of materials needed in production and the over time of workers by 50%.increase the capacity of machines by 10%

¤Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and optimum process productivity in accordance with daily / monthly schedules.¤ Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations regarding to dozing chemical ,temperature and vacuum system at every step• Prepare and produce weekly production plan• Make and review the daily procedure and schedules plan for all products according to production and shipping plan.• follow up the raw material and receiving the ordered oil • follow up the analyses of the feed oil to prepay the data before refinery• follow up the raw material stock every day• follow up the quality of raw material and oil production process • follow up maintenance at all the unit of refinery stations• Review the samples from every unites during the process every two hours • Implement the ISO, HACCP plans for quality and safety food and GMP regarding CCPs • Implementation and monitoring and SOPs in refinery sections .• release the product through the quality to next production process • Follow up for all processes’ status.• responsible for transportation of oils from the port to the factory (maintain and clean the storage tanks and the discharge lines) cooperate with quality
