• Directs, coordinates and participates in activities of personnel, such as:
• Recruitment Services
• Personnel Movements and Placements
• Develops and implements systems and procedures on staff recruitment.
• Sees to the maintenance and updating of files and employee records including Human Resources Information System relating to personnel movements, training & development.
• Based on training needs analyses conducted for Hotel department, initiates and supervises development and revision of Hotel training and development courses and their curriculum, instrumentation, and other related.

-Ensure that the responsibilities of the human resources office are met,While maintaining a professional atmosphere,maintaining confidentiality and meeting the employment needs of our employees.-Assist in screening of job application,to include coordinate of interview setup with the manager and answering.-Setup personnel records for new employees and.

Sharm El Sheikh

 Intake all personnel duties, hiring, resignations, exit clearance, exit enterviews, evaluations, employee`s contracts, employee`s insurance, etc.. Replacing Asst.Personnel Manager in his absence and assuming duties.  To make and follow up staff files. To attend the daily briefings of GM and Department's Heads.
