As a CEO of the Molham Team, I am responsible for setting the mission and vision of our team and defining its strategic direction, ensuring that resources are in place to accomplish important mission goals, recruiting and retaining staff, keeping teams motivated and capable of exceeding expectations, and building the kind of family and collaborative work environment which supports our team’s mission.Accomplishments: - Helped raise more than $40M in donations as of February 2022 by leading fundraising campaigns. - Oversees programs, operations, and supervise +75 employees and +300 volunteers.- Led organization funding efforts by developing and implementing strategic plans aimed at attracting donors from all segments of the Syrian, Arab societies, no matter how big or small their donations are. - Grew participation by establishing and preserving close relationships with prospective donors. - Maintained relationships by managing activities for programs, departments, and partners.

In 2012, I co-founded the Molham Team with a group of fellow Syrian students - young men and women who sensed the suffering of fellow Syrians who became refugees in neighbouring countries, namely Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey. We refused to remain idle in the face of tragedy and were determined to lend a helping hand to refugees and to alleviate their pain. Using every resource available to us, the volunteers have been striving to secure necessities, such as food, shelter, and medication to Syrians in need.
