In-depth knowlegde of PRAG Rules and EC guidelines.Dealing with all the aspects of the project cycle, including identification, formulation (ToR, action fiche) and design (methodology, workplan and financial offer).Backstopping in the field and monitoring of KPIs and Quality plan.
