As at Pure Storage, I built and led a global team of HR professionals, set a vision and successfully executed a plan for scaling operations at large. Our company achieved a 30% year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR), reaching $1.37B ARR. This achievement led to Pure Storage’s highest hiring record of 1,600 annual hires and the establishment of a unique interviewing approach that enhanced the focus on SaaS by 85%. I am passionate about harnessing technology and AI to improve productivity. At Pure Storage, we achieved a 20% productivity increase across our global team through strategic integration of process, world-class technology and AI capabilities. An international executive myself, I enjoyed designing and executing the expansion of global talent pools, particularly in new markets such as Prague and Bangalore. We built new hubs from scratch and grew engineering teams and an integrated support ecosystem from 0 to 500 people in each location.Under my leadership, Pure Storage achieved multiple ‘great places to work’ awards. At Cisco, we restructured multiple business units into two major groups and significantly enhanced product design and user experience. I reduced attrition within a $5B Data Center networking unit, rebuilt leadership teams and fostered a culture of high performance and satisfaction that achieved year-over-year growth.Originally educated in natural sciences, I moved to the United States 27 years ago and have since worked in multiple fields in high tech.
