- I'm the account technical leader for IBM outsourcing services for both insurance and bank industry customers.- I provide a bridge between commercial/seller roles and the technical teams. During engagements I design IT solutions taking into account the current technological context of the customers and making sure they cover the requirements but also that they are technically viable.- I'm responsible for the sizing and definition of Cloud, x86, Power and Storage platforms by creating the architectures and working with hardware vendors for third-party hardware and services.- In implementations phases I work as a technical role orchestrating the technical teams in order to make sure that the implementation is according to the design and contract. - I work as technical advisor for executives roles by helping shape the technical side of commercial strategies and leading the technical aspect of contract negotiations.- I work, negotiate and integrate hardware and software vendors for complex deals.
