About Ümit Ateşağaoğlu

I got my Bachelor degree from Bilkent University on Business Administration in Turkiye then completed my postgraduate studies in UK at King's College London on Public Service Policy &Management.I have chosen a career path in public sector and started my career in export promotion centre of Turkiye at 2007. Then I carried on my public sector journey at Ministry of Economy, Directorate of Export till 2019 which helped me a lot to develop my skills on project implementation, policy development, business networking, state aids on export and also on presentation skills.I got appointed to Lithuania as the Commercial Counselor at the end of 2019 and I am currently responsible from developing business relationships between Turkiye-Lithuania,Latvia and Estonia. I am hoping to increase the business volume between Turkiye and Baltic countries, develop myself especially in fintech, logistics and construction sectors which I believe there might be a great potential for both sides.
