Main project features: It is the longest and largest Bridge project in Bangladesh. Main bridge length is 6.15 KM and total via duct length is 1.594 KM. Total costing about 3 Billion USD. Span length is 150 M in river, and Driven racking (1:6) steel tubular pile L=79 to 144 M, Dia 3 M wall thickness 60 mm. In Via duct total 78 no piers span L=38m, Pile D=1.2m, L=30m to 87m.Job Responsibilities : Supervise, record and Monitor all the sub-structural works including test piles, load tests, Base grouting works, Sonic logging tests, Strain gauge setting and Monitoring the SG readings, Concreting works RFI approvals etc as per approved Method of statement, detail design and specifications.

Responsibilities to supervise and maintain the quality of all of the Railway Bridge Substructure, Super Structure and Railway new Approach Embankment with rail track construction installation works including Cast in situ Bored pilling works (1200 dia and 900 dia and 30M Long Maximum), R.C.C foundation with Pier and Abutments of bridges and new approach rail track, Erection of pre-fabricated 47M and 30M Steel through Girders, 21M & 15M Steel Semi-Through Girders and 21M, 12M Steel Plate Deck Girders, River bank protection works etc. particularly supervision and quality control of the works as per drawings and specifications. Check the BOQ & Finalize the IPC and Prepare the Progress report (Including Bar Chart by using MS Project). Review the cost estimates and contract documents. Participate different type of progress and technical meetings with Bangladesh Railway, Contractors and designers.

a) Prepare as plan BOQ & specifications according to as plan drawing for the civil works of 100 MW HFO plant including Dormitory & other buildings.b) Analysis the rates of different Civil Works items. c) Outsource subcontractors for civil works & settle as plan BOQ.d) Prepare the entire project time schedule with the help of MS Project. e) Prepare detail design and drawing (By using Auto CAD) of small structures like security posts, shear walls etcf) Supervise all the civil & structural works like Piling, Generator & tank foundations, Mat foundations, shear walls, steel buildings & structures etc.g) Supervise drainage system including underground piping work with UPVC & HDPE pipes.h) Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopei) Resolves and escalates issues in a timely fashionj) Co-ordinate with civil work consultants & finalize the civil drawings for constructions. k) Co-ordinate with mechanical, Electrical and other teams of the project. l) Prepare civil work progress reports and participate weekly progress meetings and re-present the progress reports.m) Check the as built BOQ of civil works and finalize all the bills of civil contractors.n) Attain all of the team and contractor meetings effectivelyo) Excellent ability to work in a team environmentp) Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyq) Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to higher authorities and contractorsr) Using different type of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint to represent the different reporting purpose.

a) Worked as Project Manager & Supervise all the works including Foundation works such as (Bored cast-in situ pile, Load test on working pile, pile integrity test etc) b) Supervise Pre-stressed concrete (PC) girder works specially take care about post tensioning and Girder shifting & placing. c) Pavement works such as (Sub-base, Base- course, Carpeting, Seal coat with job mixes formula & test of aggregate materials) d) Structural works such as (Prepare Bar bending Schedule, Tensioning procedure of P.C. girder, grouting, Trial mix Design of various concrete classes & arrangement of expansion joint, Block setting for slope protection etc.) e) Monthly Budget preparation, Quality control, Site Managerial, Administrative, Office Correspondence and to prepare interim payment Certificate (IPC)f) Prepare bar chart & network diagram of whole work & update it according to actual progress of work in every three months.

Worked at CEQS department. Check the quality of Multistorey buildings, prepare the as plan BOQ and check the as built BOQ of different building projects. Prepare the work program by using MS Project and monitor the progress of different projects
