I am an experienced Project Manager/Solution Consultant with a proven track record of delivering complex projects to time and budget using varied Project Management methods including both Agile and Waterfall approaches.Coming from a development background I am able to apply my technical skills to the benefit of the projects I deliver and to adopt a hands-on approach where necessary.I am used to dealing with clients at all levels but am especially good at building strong relationships at senior management level.I enjoy taking on challenging roles and specialise in taking over projects in difficulty and turning them into successful deliveries with consistently high praise from clients.
