Responsible for all logistical support for the organizations operations. Head of physical security and served as the safety officer for the organization. Compiled and submitted reports for the Battery. Developed a stream lined process for vehicle operators to receive maintenance support to keep fleet fully operational. Managed the deployment of the Battery's equipment for training events

Responsible for the training, professional development, and welfare of 32 Soldiers and Non Commissioned Officers. Ensured three M777A2 Howitzers were mission ready in order provide support for high echelons. Responsible for over $4.2 million worth of equipment. Responsible for all aspects of mission/project planning and management to include acquisitions, course of action development, training, staff development, risk mitigation, logistics, scheduling, outside organization coordination, reporting, and execution.

Technical and Tactical expert on the employment and safe firing of howitzers. Representative for my organization tasked with encouraging the use of and educating outside organizations on the employment of Artillery. Trained and developed three junior leaders and nine soldiers. Responsible for inter agency communication to enable mission success. Responsible for $2 million worth of government equipment and vehicles.

Develop tactical, technical, and leadership skills needed to operate and maintain all current Field Artillery weapon systems. Learned leadership skills necessary to develop subordinates under my supervision, operate as a team in austere conditions, and adapt to an ever changing mission. Learned project managing basics and how to logistically sustain Army operations.
