A highly effective facilitator with over 10 years experience in delivering Resilience and Wellbeing solutions, I have a passionate belief in the importance of resilience as the individual’s support system for wellbeing and mental health. My knowledge base is derived from experience, both personal and professional, and from extensive research. Having a professional background which spans the commercial and public sector as well as voluntary sector experience allows me to apply a range of appropriate targeted materials which support the individual, whilst being sensitive to the needs of the organisation. My approach is practical and realistic delivered with compassion, empathy and humour and underpinned with science. Drawing at times on my personal experience, sharing tried and tested tools to strengthen resilience, develop coping strategies and underpin wellbeing. With over 20 years proven track record in supporting individuals through career transition, I provide 1-1 and workshop activities which engage and motivate, enabling the creation of impactful and successful CV’s and other applications as well as confident and effective interview performance.I have a passion for helping individuals discover and communicate their unique skill set, to facilitate their progress into similar roles, or to help them navigate through complete career change using transferable skills and personal development. I have worked with heavy industry, global financial institutions, supermarket chains, private and public sector and uniformed services. I have been able to draw on my own varied professional experience in retail, travel and tourism, local government and the public sector, charities and corporate organisations.
