People at IMAGE aims to build a creative and engaging organizational image by focusing on enjoyable branding and increasing member engagement through digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.I lead a team of 12 members divided into 4 teams, each with specific responsibilities according to their roles. In this role, I was responsible for:- Developing a comprehensive content plan that aligns with the organization's goals and audience interests, ensuring that every piece of content is targeted and effective.- Creating creative and relevant content strategies to enhance engagement on both platforms, Instagram and TikTok.- Overseeing the content production process from concept to execution, ensuring quality and consistency.- Managing the accounts overall, ensuring consistency, engagement, and quality in postings.This experience allowed me to hone my leadership skills, project management, graphic design, digital content strategy development, and creativity in social media production.
