My goal has always been to seek out information by asking the right questions, communicating with clarity and accuracy, and weaving stories that positively impact the lives of others. These interests have taken me on quite a journey over the past 15 years. I spent the first ten years of my work life in a newsroom. This experience quickly taught me how to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, relate to everyone at every level, and develop an eye for detail.Through my most recent tenure as a communication officer for one of Jamaica’s leading conglomerates, I’ve diversified and expanded my skills to include copywriting, website content management, social media marketing, brand management, crisis communication, and multi-channel marketing.Above all, my passion is storytelling. Whether it’s a story about a government program, a product launched by a major corporation or a tale highlighting the resilience and strength of the human spirit – it’s a story worth telling and one I’m keen to write.
