I Facilitate the creation and design of a variety of desserts. As a kitchen assistant, I make homemade pizza dough and prep assortment of topping and sauces. I also am a food expeditor and put together the final stages of food before it is delivered to the table.

In charge of seating and cleaning tables after guests along with refilling drinks. I was responsible for answering phones and assembling to go orders. During my employment, I learned the overall process of the front of the house in the restaurant industry.
