As a passionate advocate for youth development and community well-being, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals through sports, mentoring, and health promotion. I hold a Bachelor of Sports Science & Psychological Studies from Victoria University, where I developed a strong foundation in health promotion, public health, and the social determinants of health. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped me with the skills to lead impactful programs and initiatives.I am the Founder of AZ Basketball Skills Coaching, where I design and deliver training programs that not only develop athletic skills but also promote physical and mental well-being among young athletes. My work in this space has allowed me to build and maintain strong partnerships with local clubs, schools, and community organisations, ensuring that our programs reach a wide and diverse audience.In addition to coaching, I have served as a Youth Mentor/Facilitator at Shooters Shoot, where I focused on supporting the holistic development of young people. My experience includes planning, implementing, and evaluating health and well-being initiatives, with a particular focus on empowering women and promoting gender equity in sports. I am committed to creating inclusive and supportive environments where all participants can thrive.I pride myself on my ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work autonomously while meeting deadlines.
