Chemistry graduate from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens ( 8 semesters). I completed my senior thesis in NKUA- Laboratory of Food Chemistry, titled “Identification of quality parameters of indigenous grape varieties from Ionian islands and Crete”. During the experimental procedure we conducted :-Measurement of endogenous sulfur dioxide in wines.-Determination of pH and titratable acidity.-Identification of total polyphenol concentration through Folin-Ciocalteu method.-Tannin’s determination by boiling.-Identification of phenolic compound index.-Determination of oxidation in white wines.-Identification of color characteristics (centrifugation, photometry).-Determination of glycose-fructose using enzymatic kit.-Identification of alcoholic title using FT-IR analyzer. I am seeking new opportunities to learn, improve and evolve my skills.
