I am an undergraduate student at the University of Thessaly, majoring in Agriculture Crop Production and Rural Environment. My academic journey has been fueled by a fervent passion for biological control, advanced green technologies and entomology.Throughout my studies, I actively contributed to the greenhouse automation research project "Agrojason". Our team achieved notable success, participating in workshops and competitions, including Sfhmmy 13. I created academic papers and delivered speeches on various topics, both at the University of Thessaly and Hochschule Geisenheim University. Fluent in Greek, proficient in English and B2 proficient in German.Engaging in numerous workshops, exhibitions, and conferences has been a constant source of knowledge and experience, enriching my academic pursuits.I am the founder of the English entomological channel "Entomozoom", featuring over 70 entomology related videos. My interests extend to photography, videography and content creation, particularly focused on the microcosm.Currently, I am working at the Insect Biology Lab - University of Thessaly, as a researcher.Lately, I dedicate my research to investigating the impact of different light densities, chill coma recovery and food preferences on the behavior of the Mediterranean fruit fly (Ceratitis capitata)My overarching goal is to focus on innovative solutions rooted in biological control, cutting-edge technology applications, with a primary concern for the meaningful protection of human health and the environment.
