My main responsibilities in T-Ventures are divided in two sections. As an assistant project manager I am responsible to communicate with clients about specific projects and their goals, prepare written estimates for clients based on labour, materials, equipment and other expenses, visit project sites to evaluate progress and respond to customers’ questions. Furthermore I am responsible to coordinate with suppliers to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need and communicate with the project manager about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients. Last but not least my responsibilities include archiving and scanning digital blueprints and schematics for future access. As a real estate agent I have to Keep up with local and regional market activity and industry news by analysing active, pending, and sold listings and reports in the real estate market. Moreover, I am responsible to plan and coordinate appointments, showings and meetings with clients and arranging paperwork, such as real estate documents, agreements, and records. Last but not least, my responsibilities include several activities related with the promotional aspect of the company like distribution of brochures, as well as company sign placements.

My main responsibilities include AutoCAD design related tasks (creating/amending drawings) such as drainage and road design in AutoCAD, auto tracking design in AutoTrack, external levels, sections and generally jobs related with civil engineering design and management. I am also responsible to fill and deliver applications for several agreements (S38, S104, S278, S106 and S185), as well as stopping up plans and road safety audits.

In 2008 I became an exclusive partner with one of the most active property development companies in Central Greece (Entasis Constructions) and that gave me the opportunity to design and supervise the construction of bigger and more complex projects (both residential and commercial). My everyday tasks were to supervise at least one construction site in the morning and to work on the design part of that same project (creating/amending drawings, assessing materials and equipment, calculating costs, prepare reports etc.) in the evening. I would say that the most important gain of that period is the fact that I have been both on-site and off-site almost every day for a long amount of time and that gives me a better perspective making me able to appreciate the design part of a project.

Since 2005 I had my own private practice as a civil engineer in the city of Volos in Greece. I started my career working in small residential projects (1-5 plots) and I was involved in the architectural, structural and engineering design of those projects. Since 2007 I was able to complete tasks and jobs related to various projects as a partner (contract) or a freelancer.
