Being for the last almost 11 years in private practice as self employed I have to organize and coordinate the work of my collaboration team as a means of assuring quality and safety in the delivery of healthcare services. I manage this team by means of coordination and no interventions in their work.It is substantial to work effectively together with colleagues in meeting shared common health goals and exercising concerted physical and mental effort in assessing, planning, or evaluating patient care.As a result, an effective team is formed, by which good, sustainable results are obtained.Very good adaptation to multicultural environments, gained through the study experience abroad, respecting individual and cultural differences .Voluntary work, since 2012, in Community public health services having performed thousands of medical visits.Excellent communication in an credible and effective way, interpersonal and collaborative skills with colleagues and patients through the experience acquired both during training programs and private practicing as part of a highly specialized multidisciplinary team (group of specialists, nurses, therapists) and mainly having to inform and give patients complex details about prognosis and treatment, at the most vulnerable time in a person’s life.
