Operational Support of 7 Divisions. Transformation of Sector with IT Automations, Business Initiatives, Procedures Optimization, Contracts Review, Excellent Audit Reports. Absorption of 12 staff checkouts, Additional Operational Cost Reduction 450K + 3 FTEs.

PROJECT OLYMPICS. Reengineering of Treasury & Capital Markets, Front to Back ( Treasury, ALM, Capital Markets, Market/Counterparty Risk, Middle Office, Market Activity Monitoring, Back Office, Accounting, Profitability Monitoring) and Reengineering of Front Offices of four Subsidiary Banks in Balkans and Cyprus, based on standards of Credit Agricole. The role was directly accountable to the Steering Commitee headed by the Deputy CEO and with Members 5 General Directors. The project teams were a) EMPORIKI: 5 Business Area Managers and 3 IT Managers, b) CACIB in Paris: 3 IT Managers, one coordinator of the France teams and a PMO. The weekends of migration, more than 150 worked in Athens and Paris. The project was extremely complex with a budget of millions. It was delivered according to the implementation plan, fully fulfilled the expectations of Bank's Management, and acquired wide recognition. Olympics was the only interdepartmental project that delivered know-how of Credit Agricole Group to Emporiki, achieving strategic synergies.
