I took over the company's Sales Department since its inception with key objectives the staffing of Sales Division and the development and promotion of the company's sales in the field of instruments and measurement systems and tests.On my responsibilities included• the drafting and preparation of studies and market research analysis• the design of the promotion of the company's sales in Greek, Albanian and Cypriot market• The syntax and supervision of annual business plan• communication on a daily basis with key customers and suppliers of the company. At the end of 2004 annual sales were formed at 3,620 million Euro gross profit 850 thousand Euro while the Directorate was staffed with four additional engineers.

Head of sales department consisting of three sales engineers. At the end of 2000, sales by activity of the segment amounted to one billion two hundred million drachmas. The clientele of the Department included the following companies: Intracom, Panafon, TIM, Cosmote, Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson, Banking Agencies, Insurance Agencies, Educational Institutions, Armed Forces, small private. Main activity of the Department was the preparation and submission of bids, participation in tenders, to promote solutions of test and measurement of Hewlett-Packard / Agilent Technologies in this clientele. On my main responsibilities were part of the guidance of sales engineers in order to meet their annual targets, direct contact (account management) with the major customers, generate reports on the performance of the Department both inside the company and in relation to the Houses Abroad. Finally, my responsibility was the preparation of the annual business plan of the Department.

Sales Engineer with the responsibility for the promotion of gauges-products Hewlett-Packard's major customers in the company: Panafon, Telestet, Cosmote. The annual target by the end of 1999 was 600 million drachmas (1.700 mil. Euro). Since mid-1998 I was the company responsible for promoting the company's products P-Com (spread spectrum links) in the Greek market.
