Member of the Board of Directors.Leading the sales organization across Greece & Exports.Responsible for setting and achieving NSR and profit goals of the organization.Developing and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve Company’s PnL, revenue and profit targets.Leading and mentoring a high-performing commercial team, including Sales, Trade Marketing, and Business development professionals.Identifying and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market penetration and increase sales.Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.Responsible for products development, to bring new products to market and meet customer demand.Monitoring and evaluation of sales performance metrics, market share and profitability, develop strategies to optimize performance.Collaboration with Board Members to define financial goals, focusing on profitability and revenue growth.Close cooperation with the Financial department, in order to meet the annual profitability & expenses budget.Close cooperation with the Production department, with the aim of product availability based on weekly and monthly sales forecasting per product and package.
