I was responsible to manage whole operations of warehouse and logistics, which starts from planning of raw material to delivery of finish product, in between manage inventory to stock level, movement of raw materials from warehouse to factory, production plan supplies, and movement of finish goods to the warehouse then their dispatches to up country. Being a head of SBU my core responsibility also includes Strategic decisions making to avoid shrinkages/shortages/damages or any other ambiguities related to inventory management, making strategies and quick decisions to minimize inventory issues, cost, returns and shrinkage for improved operational processes and to maximize operations efficiency and logistics flow, also involved in quality check and inventory tracking
