- Prepare, Update, and close all WO Lower that 'A' Checks.- Manage assigned fleet's work package flow in and out of the fleet planning unit. Follow-up open work packages with the Line / Base Production Planning unit.- Update and maintain the assigned fleet filing system.- Compile EO/ESWC/RS and other maintenance task feedback reports and provide them to the concerned sections.- Coordinate with the Supply Chain for material provisioning.- Process working party paperwork in consultation with assigned FPE.- Coordinate with the administration assistant for necessary passes and other formalities for such a working party.- Monitor the hard-time components.

- Ensure project success through end-to-end management, meeting budget, schedule, and quality goals.- Analyze project data to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.- Liaise with Finance to align projects with financial objectives.- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, emphasizing achievements.- Maintain thorough project documentation and provide administrative support.- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.- Handle employee relations and maintain HR records.- Manage HR administrative tasks and database maintenance.- Coordinate employee training initiatives and track participation.- Support HR policy adherence and regulatory compliance.- Aid in performance management and feedback processes.- Assist with payroll processing and leave management.

- Assist in writing documents, reports, articles, and others upon request. - Assist in performing research and documenting the results upon request. - Assist in planning, design, and implementation of Doinc projects, in addition to taking a role in the administration, research, coordination, logistics, data entry, and monitoring. - Assist in delivering day-to-day operations and administration tasks.
