Whold factory operations

• Performs daily production planning with General Manager according to sales forecast.• Communicates with line in charges about production and packing supervises their work. • Supervise machine operators. • Coordinates with maintenance department to ensure proper functioning of machinery. • Coordinates with other departments i.e., Purchase, Dispatch, Finished Goods, and Maintenance. • Placement of labors, in production and packing when and where required.• Ensures that labor is adequately trained in handling of machines, materials and processes. • Co-ordinates with marketing department and arranges required samples for marketing activities.• Supervises daily packaging and verify the reports of all packing lines and discusses the issues reported by Quality Inspector (packing).• Supervises daily production process and verify reports and discusses the issues reported by Quality Inspector (Process).• Participates in Sales coordination meeting as a representative of production department and further communicates the observation/points made and/or discussed in meeting to Production In charge.• Ensure implementation of all applicable requirements of standards and regulations which are mandatory or which the organization has chosen to go for.• Perform any other task assigned by General Manager or Director Operations.

• Responsible for all aspects of production • Looking after all Dept operation, including produce, maintenance, inventory etc• Achieving the target of production in form of tender which give from the management. • Max utilization of man machine and material to increase efficiency of production• Production planning and execution ensure realization of safe food.• Manage the production process under quality parameters of product.

• In depth knowledge of ISO 22000 thus responsible for complete implementation of ISO 22000 (HACCP) • Responsible for maintain the documents of ISO for operational area• Continues improvement and training of junior staff to enhance overall the performance and effectiveness of people• Manage the production process under quality parameters of product

• To carry out production according to planning, records, reports and posts for all associates to review the shift & daily count of machine production.• To control production and packaging wastage and reduce it to minimum level.• Successfully managing, allocating team of production labors as per production in order to meet desired production targets.• To verify the cleaning in process (CIP) of the machines and verify its effectiveness periodically. • Coordinate with quality department for the improvement of product and process facility.• Address, determine and resolve machine operations and reduce its reoccurrence. • To implement correction and corrective actions on the routine production troubles and reduce it to optimum level.• To continually improve housekeeping of the production and raw material store as per ISO, statutory and regulatory requirements.
