I conducted both qualitative and quantitative research and updated the organization's theory of change, program logic, policies, and charts. My responsibilities also included data collection, data analysis, report writing, and policy development.

A qualitative research project focused on the human security and socioeconomic conditions of refugees and their resettlement. The research involved 54 interviews and 4 focus groups, along with observation, document analysis, and secondary statistical data analysis. Thematic analysis using NVivo was applied to understand the project's focus on people's economy, education, health, basic needs, personal security, and government policy changes. I also applied content analysis for analysing documents.
