A certified Coach and an L&D professional with more than 21 years of experience in content design and delivery, training strategy, consulting, competency mapping, leadership development, program and vendor management. Also work closely with the larger HR team in driving Performance Management and Talent Management practices. Started my L&D journey as a TTT certified trainer at GE and was fortunate to work with amazing set of learning professionals. Later on, joined a startup, SynchroServe Global Solutions formed by the same leaders who were at GE. This opened doors for hiring and training opportunities in Barclays, Convergys, HCL, WNS, American Express, Vivo Healthcare and Genpact. Post this I joined RBS and managed an end to end project to improve the language abilities of 1000 employees in 15 months. In my last profile, I worked at KPMG as a learning head to Audit and Advisory teams comprising 2000 employees. I drove leadership development programs, managed L&D operations and budget and worked closely with business and HR teams to serve people and various stakeholders in the Organization. I now, work as a Coach and an Enneagram Practitioner and help individuals and Organisations become a better version of their current self.Some of my notable clients are KPMG, GT, Consilio, Jindal's and BHEL.
