• Responsible for looking after all work orders/request as generated in My MCS.• Responsible in nurturing a team with multi disciplinary skills for effective management of Time, cost &value, successfully handled a team of 20-60 members constituting skilled/unskilled& outsourced technical persons assigned to a particular project.• Responsible for procuring and indenting material as and when required for maintenance and construction job.• Responsible for managing the infrastructure of B.H.C. main office building as well as in-house and off-compound properties• Responsible for various event managements.• Responsible for computing all data for financial strings as and when required in My MCS as per the contract with FCO.• Maintaining a financial tracker as well as preparing further plans for all contracts/projects to be taken annually.• Heading the water conservation coordinating team.• Being sustainability champion, initiatives taken to standardize GREEN OBJECTIVES for all in compound and off compound properties of BHC.• Responsible for taking initiatives for developing sustainable buildings, implementing various programmes for continuous approach towards sustainability and setting up Recyclable methods.• Responsible for public health installations (water treatment plant and other R.W.H structures)• Interacting with vendors at all levels of the Organization through various available mediums/channels (Phone, email, face to face, etc)• Managing Client Expectations- Internal and External• Responsible for chalking out plan for various civil constructions to be undertaken annually.
