I am gaining practical knowledge and insights into engineering processes and workflows within an MRO company. As an aerospace engineering student from MVJ College of Engineering.One of the main focuses of my internship is to develop proficiency in Business Process Modelling Language (BPML). I am currently working on creating a BPML for the engineering manual process, which involves enhancing my analytical and documentation skills. Through this project, I am identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Additionally, I have the opportunity to visit various departments within Air Works, including Engineering, Maintenance and Repair, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain and Logistics. These visits allow me to observe and understand the functioning of each department, gaining insights into their roles and contributions to the organization.Applying my theoretical knowledge is another important aspect of my internship. I am actively bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application in the aerospace industry. This hands-on experience provides me with a deeper understanding of the practical implications of engineering principles.Furthermore, I am actively engaging in cross-departmental collaboration by interacting with professionals from different departments. This experience highlights the importance of teamwork and how different functions integrate to achieve organizational goals.Throughout the internship, I am also focusing on developing professional skills such as communication problem solving.In conclusion, my internship at Air Works Private Limited is a valuable experience that allows me to gain comprehensive knowledge of industrial work and engineering processes in an MRO company.
