Facilitated the active participation of the District Trio – District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director, along with the Division A & D Directors, 6 Officers’ Trainers, and 1 Judges’ Trainer. The event, meticulously organized and executed, drew the engagement of over 100 Toastmasters.3. Initiated and led a dynamic community training program on leadership and communication skills, impacting over 150 VIT students. Managed the intricate task of allocating students to their preferred clubs based on meeting days, fostering active engagement through regularly organized skill-enhancement sessions and the compilation of a final learning assessment report.
