Worked on various design projects ranging from New Product Development to Production Line Support. In NPD, I gained skills with regards to how to plan effectively and design with manufacturing in mind. I gained GD&T training, DFSS Training (Eaton's training for developing robust engineering solutions), and CAD training. In PLS, i was heavily involved with testing, retesting, rapid prototyping, and product diagnosis. I learned how to design against failure and also how to perform cost-outs.

Conducted time studies for 2 product processes (Quik-Loc and RoughNeck), analyzed data, and actively particpated in Kaizen Events to improve production capability. Created Standard Work documentation for operators in both product processes. Proposed production improvement solution to the Quik-Loc process which increased production by 60%. Key contribution in Rapid Improvement Event for Rougneck which resulted in increased production capability by 90%. Participated in 5S audits, work cell layout changes, and implementation of safety improvement events. Created a visual defect case for quality improvement and implemented numerous fixtures throughout the RoughNeck Cell to increase flow.
