Provide leadership and support to a community of 20+ residents, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.Develop and implement educational and social programs tailored to the diverse needs of residents, enhancing their overall college experience.Serve as a first point of contact for conflict resolution, offering mediation and guidance to residents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Conduct regular health and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with university policies and promoting a safe living environment.Collaborate with other Resident Assistants and Residence Life staff to coordinate building-wide events and initiatives.Assist with the onboarding of new residents, helping them transition smoothly into university life through orientation activities and ongoing support.Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
