Becoming the Chief Executive of this event was a journey filled with struggles until the event's conclusion. With limited resources, I was navigated through this event with "Barbie and Oppenheimer Film" theme and with determination until its successful completion. I was responsible for meticulously planning and overseeing various educational initiatives for new members of Nol Derajat Film, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and industry standards. I was play a pivotal role too in fostering the growth of the film sector by spearheading and facilitating film development projects. This includes identifying opportunities for collaboration, supporting aspiring new members, and promoting initiatives that contribute to the overall development of the film industry.

From April to November 2023, I was selected to be the Head Coordinator of the Logistics and Technical Division. I was collaborate with the event organizers to identify equipment and supply needs. Coordinate logistics for delivery, set up, and testing of equipment and materials needed for the film festival. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards. Manage on-site operations, including the set up and operation of all technical equipment, managing delivery schedules, overseeing the set-up of the venue, ensuring all logistics are in place, and anticipate potential technical issues.

From August 2020 until March 2021, I was one of the owner of Futuro Coffee. We were adeptly initiated and upheld control over the coffee shop's operations from the onset of each shift until closing time, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional service delivery. Collectively, we were introduced an array of new menu items, including various enticing food dishes, which garnered enthusiastic approval from our clientele. Through meticulous financial stewardship and astute business tactics, we were steered the establishment to remarkable success, achieving a noteworthy net profit that surpassed the initial investment by 25% within the first 5 months, and subsequently, an additional 12% in the following 3 months. Furthermore, we were cultivated a devoted customer base and facilitated productive collaborations with fellow coffee shops, further solidifying Futuro Coffee's position in the market.
