Handles Individual Health Insurance Portfolio - Renewals and New Business. Preparation of Premium Summaries and Benefit Comparisons. Attend product training and meetings with clients. Research and update database.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate candidates for phone and personal interviews.- Preparation of Company Contracts and Offer Letters for Employees.- Managing Leave Reports and Daily Attendance Reports of Employees.- Maintaining and updating accurate records for Company and Employees.- Post advertisements for jobs as advised by Managing Director.- Preparation of LPO’s, Memos and Circulars.- Responsible for issuance and renewal of Holiday Multi-cover Insurance from various Underwriters.- Follow-up on various documents required by Clients as per Underwriters and maintaining records / master files of the Clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Receiving invoices from supplier and forwarding to the concerned Project Team / Commercial QC Department which are not supported by proper MR or for MR approval such as Sub-contracts, Invoices with transmittal.- Follow up with Store persons for any GRN issues.- Follow up with Vendors for various issues relating to the invoices such as correction of wrong invoices, receiving credit notes, outstanding invoices, etc.- Co-ordinate with Buyers for PO Amendments / Additional PO’s.- Booking invoices, credit notes in Procuremax.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Communicate and advise Clients effectively who wish to migrate to Australia.- Ensuring compliance to laws and regulations as a Migration Agent Specialist and maintain relationships with internal personnel and external Clients.- Prepare statutory declarations / affidavit and appeal to government institutions.- Prepare notes on each application, memoranda and produces monthly reports.- Research on applications that were refused by the government.- Checks for updates on rules and regulations, legislative changes in the authority and advises the staff on the same.- Follow up with the immigration office for status of the application.- Preparation and lodgement of application before the deadline at government offices.
