As an IT Resource Lead at GOSI, I manage the IT resources and budget for the IT Strategy Office, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. I also oversee the IT portfolio management process, prioritizing and delivering IT projects and programs that support the digital transformation and innovation initiatives of GOSI.I have a Master of Science in Information System and Technology from The George Washington University, where I gained in-depth knowledge and skills in IT governance, strategy, architecture, and security. I also have a strong project management background, having led the IT PMO Department at the Public Pension Agency for over three years, where I improved the project delivery performance, quality, and compliance. I am passionate about leveraging IT to create value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
