Friends of Dialysis (FOD) vision is to assist dialysis patients through awareness by bringing a sense of welcome and belonging within a sincere and comforting environment for dialysis patients and the community.My mission is to get connected with other universities/colleges to introduce opening a FOD Chapter on their campus. I mentor them through the process of developing and implementing the Chapter in the most effective way that fits our mission goal. We were able to open and run four Chapters at UCR, UCI, CSULB, and UCD.I document and compile strategic ways to continue growing our organization at other locations.

The aim of SAPS is to empower the Sudanese-American community by providing the tools and knowledge needed to foster leaders and achieve professional excellence. I led the development of the organization's communication strategy, ensuring that communications matched our broad aims and objectives.-Supervise both internal and external communication channels, including website, Linkedin, and social media.-Built links with other organizations, which led to a joint event and more members showing up to professional workshops-Assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives using data and analytics, making data-driven changes for ongoing improvement.- Creating a mentorship program to help students get connected and develop professional relationships

This Program is once a year which last up to 3 days and requires planning that takes up to a month. Design and lead engaging workshops, conversations, and team-building activities that encouraged youth to collaborate and communicate well.Foster a welcoming environment where youth could express themselves, exchange ideas, and forge close bonds with one another.Supervise and mentor a diverse group of 20-40 youths around the age 10-12, through engaging and informative activities that promote leadership and personal development.

This was done by creating an updated business cards and personally taking it to affiliate businesses, waiting rooms and past clients. Working at the Urgent care I become proficient at using eClinicalWorks software, ensuring seamless clinic operations. I would also handle financial records, process payments, and address patient queries. In this field communication is a must when releasing test result, appointment updates to patients, and resolving patient concerns.The responsibilities I would take care of were patient care, vital sign measurement, and medical documentation. I am skilled in assisting with procedures, conducting lab tests, and managing inventory. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and contributing to efficient clinic operations.

This was an undergraduate research program at CSULB where me and my team were developing an affordable healthy snack that can be distributed to low socioeconomic communities. I orchestrated and carried out research techniques, tests, and procedures, fueling innovative product and process development. Working closely with the leadership, I identified key questions and optimal collection methods. My role included data summarization via impactful PowerPoint presentations. I maintained meticulous data records adhering to good documentation practices and actively collaborated within the team to manage daily tasks and intricate projects.
