- Assist in the data entry of participant attendance and employment information, and with the set-up and upkeep of participant files.- Conduct assessment testing with participants- Track assessment conducted in order to reconcile with invoices.- Oversee the usage of the computer lab by participants- Provide monthly participant tracking lists- Reconcile client performances for monthly services reimbursement.- Assist the Director in maintaining and obtaining program statistics and information needed for reports, proposals, and program planning.- Greet visitors providing direction and assistance whenever needed.

- Enter data on the Michigan One Stop Management Information System (OSMIS) in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.- Collect information and compile reports on client status.- Contact employers/vendors as needed.- Check figures, documents, and mathematical accuracy of support service purchase orders.- Create, receive, post, log, and track support service purchase orders.- Create and maintain spreadsheet tracking’s and office forms- Receive, adjust, pay and post invoices under appropriate codes.- Reconcile and balance all accounts.- Prepare monthly billing for Management.- Operate 10-key calculators and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.- Maintain current and prior program year files in accordance with established Federal, State and Local procedures.- Maintain supply inventory by checking stock; anticipating needed supplies; procuring and placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.- Performed general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.- Serve as courier between two offices transporting confidential information.- Perform support functions for other positions as needed.
